Description
Zenfy is allegedly a marketing agency for customers to match with recruiters who will help them earn secondary income on weekends or free time. I first found Zenfy on social media ads. Their intake page was 100% written then copy & pasted from generative AI and requests $10 subscription to access their platform. No where on my instance of the intake page does it clarify that the $10 is just a 1 week trial and the user agrees to pay an additional $75 for the rest of the 28-day subscription. Once I was on the platform, I realized that all postings and recruiter info were also written by AI and therefore a scam to keep the user around long enough so that they can charge the remainder of the real subscription price by the end of the 7 day period. I contacted [email protected] within 24 hours of paying the initial subscription price and received an AI written response stating that my subscription has ended & my refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately this never happened and enough time passed that they were now permitted to charge me the additional $75 of the subscription. I finally read the real reviews of Zenfy on trustpilot and learned that this has happened to countless other users in the past several months.
