Description

This company is an artificial intelligence job application software platform. You give them your résumé and they apply for jobs for you. It's $100 a month. If you go to cancel your membership. They're supposed to send you an email stating your cancellation date. But they don't send you an email. So when you think you're subscription has been canceled, they continue to bill you. Then I ask for the email that you never got and refuse to refund your subscription fees because you don't have a way to prove it. Yet when you log back in, it tells you how many days are left on your subscription, even though you already canceled it. They disregard that information completely and stick to their request for their email. This is clearly a scam. EL AI Solutions LLC 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 The privacy policy names EL AI Solutions LLC as the data controller for US users at that address, and the Terms name it as the merchant of record for US subscribers — the entity that charges you, issues receipts, and processes refunds. That's the party that took your money. jobhire jobhire Worth flagging in your complaint: that St. Petersburg address is not an office. It's the address of commercial registered-agent services (Registered Agents Inc., Northwest Registered Agent LLC, Florida Registered Agent LLC all operate out of 7901 4th St N Ste 300). I also could not locate an active Florida Sunbiz registration for "EL AI Solutions LLC," which suggests it may be incorporated in another state. You can verify yourself at search.sunbiz.org. Contact info Purpose Contact General support / refund requests [email protected] US legal notices [email protected] Non-US legal notices [email protected] Website jobhire.ai No phone number is published anywhere on their site. Cofounder listed publicly: Artem Zakharov, previously Strategy & Product Director at Gett. jobhire The single most useful thing I found Their refund policy was rewritten very recently and applied retroactively. It's dated July 17, 2026 and states that effective that date it applies to all subscribers and all subscriptions and supersedes any prior refund terms. Under it, all subscription fees for both initial purchases and renewals are non-refundable; the only remedy offered is account credit, and refunds to your original payment method are issued solely to correct billing errors. jobhire jobhire If you subscribed before July 17, 2026, you bought under different terms. A retroactive policy change that strips a refund right you paid for is a strong, concrete allegation — much stronger than a general complaint about service quality. Try to find the archived version of the old policy (web.archive.org/web/*/jobhire.ai/refundpolicy) and screenshot it. Also note their Terms say if you initiate a chargeback without contacting them first, they may suspend your access and recover chargeback fees. That clause does not override your rights with your card issuer, but contact them in writing first anyway — it removes their defense and creates your paper trail. jobhire On the "F rating" claims This is genuinely contested and I couldn't resolve it. Numerous review sites report an F BBB rating as of early 2026 over unresolved billing complaints — but nearly all of those sites sell a competing product. JobHire's own site states they have no BBB profile and that the F-rating claim isn't factual. I could not find a live BBB profile for either entity. Don't cite the F rating in your complaint; if there's no profile, your filing may be the one that opens it. JobHire.AI Blog What to put in the complaint File at bbb.org against EL AI Solutions LLC, St. Petersburg FL (routes to BBB of West Florida). Include: Exact charge dates, amounts, and the last four of your card Bank/card statement showing the descriptor that appeared Screenshots of the signup/checkout flow, especially any auto-renewal disclosure Your cancellation attempt with timestamps Every support email and their responses (or the silence) The refund policy dated July 17, 2026 vs. the archived version in effect when you paid
