Description
Contacted by email advising of insurance policy with someone with same last name. I emailed the company off their website to ask if legitimate. They responded advising there's a policy in the amount of $9 million waiting to be claimed and they'd attach instructions in a pdf to claim it. I noticed pdf was named "wright kenneth law license" and another attachment with my name. I didn't open either. I ended the contact as soon as the $9 million was mentioned, knowing it was a phishing or scam attempt at that point.
