Description
You pay for a test like a personality test that is $1-2, and it’s a subscription after 3 days charges you 39.95 monthly but you can cancel anytime. I paid for the test. Realized that it was I would still have to pay for each test on top of the subscription. Cancelled the subscription. A few days later was charged 29.95. Contacted support and they said it was a separate subscription I agreed to with Persolabs AI and I had to cancel it with them separately. When I did the subscription it was not clearly showing there was two separate subscriptions I was signing up for.
