Description
I was looking for an apartment on Facebook market place. The listing was using the correct address that matched property details I cross examined with Zillow. I reached out and they requested my phone number. Over text they requested I fill out an application for 29.95, they wanted to send it to my email. I told them I don't pay for applications before seeing the apartments, they kept insisting I just fill it out because the 29.95 is refundable.
