I am writing to ask for help obtaining a refund of $294.00 for supplements I purchased after seeing an advertisement on the MSNow website. The advertisement promoted a product called Nuro Mindpro and implied it was connected to or endorsed by Bill Gates and his research. After making the purchase, I researched the matter further and watched a CBS interview in which Bill Gates discussed the research but stated that he does not endorse any products. Because of this, I immediately canceled my credit card. Today, I received the product. I then contacted the phone number listed on the invoice to request the refund that had been promised in the advertisement. I called customer service three times, but each representative told me there was nothing they could do. During one call, the representative hung up on me after I explained why I was calling.
