Description

The company advertises as an AI trading platform using celebrities to push their platform (likely fake as it's all video and can be AI videos). They will call you to set up the trading account and will ask you to deposit $250 US or $365 CAD to start. One person calls first, then they will put you in touch with "finance dept" where they will send you a link to send the money. They will also show you their fake website. Looks real but it is fake. They will even describe their security on their website. Website only created this year 2026. Once that is done they give you a username and pwd to start to access your account and start trading on their platform. They then set you up with a trading partner who will then call you to ask for more money and to tell you it is not only AI doing the trading but that they need to make the trades themselves. If you back out, any attempt to reach them via email or phone will not work. They will then try to hound you down, still don't even know what they really want when they call. If you ask about your refund they will say they will have the finance dept call you but that never happens. They have no customer service # and if you email customer service you will never hear from them. They say they are from Switzerland. The person calling uses many different American names - like Lucas, Jacob etc. and they have the same voice and the same accent like it is one person. The woman who took the money from finance dept originally goes by Lily Serrano. The man who made the initial contact goes by Roy Martin. "Jacob" even went so far as to tell me he will "***** my knees" because I called him "buddy" and he got mad and started acting up saying " don't call me buddy ". When I hung up he called me back to mumble and babble but really just wanted to get his last insult in which he figured he would call me an "immigrant" would be his last word in. Look out for this company. Remember they can change names, change websites, change company identity so be aware of any AI trading platform ads online
