Description
Misleading ad that had tickets for sale for the Fox Theater in November 2026 and only 3percent remaining. When I went back to then purchase parking, I was advised the venue had not even started selling tickets yet. GoTickets is selling product(theater tickets) that they do not even have and misleading that only small 3% percentage remaining. The purchase was made but the product was not delivered. I attempted to get order canceled, money refunded but GoTickets declined stating I would get tickets in 5 months. I've now read too many complaints with BBB and online that I am doubtful I will get tickets/or be useable in November. This is not acceptable that they are selling a product that they do not even have in their possession to have authority to sell.
