Description
Bought a product over their website https://superarbor.io/. The price was low, but not low enough to make me suspicious. Site states that the vendor will only charge money once the order has been confirmed. However, I was charged on May 2 (4 weeks ago), and the order status online states that the order is confirmed and that "we're preparing these items for shipping". Multiple attempts over the last two weeks via email and phone to contact vendor have not been successful.
