I purchased a dress in two different sizes from the Harrington Sisters with the intention of returning one of the sizes. They listed a website promise of a 30-day money back guarantee if you "simply return the items in 30 days". When I went to return the item, they offered me 20% cash return to keep the item or to ship the item back with the caveat of the cost of the return shipping was on the buyer. I went with the latter. They refused to give the return address until I filled out a form about the item I was returning. I was then given a return address to a warehouse in China with the shipping cost of $258. Either way, I am now expected to lose money on this purchase with either option, though I have asked for a full refund multiple times. Awaiting to see if that will happen. After doing more research, the company is fraudulent with multiple reports to the BBB.
