Description
On April 13, 2026, I ordered over $60 worth of cloth training underwear from UpAiry. After nearly two weeks with no delivery, I received emails from two different shipping companies (UniUni/UniExpress and Yanwen) with different tracking numbers, both claiming failed delivery attempts because I was “not home.” I was home during both attempts, no driver arrived, and no contact was made. UpAiry stated the package was shipped through UniUni and to contact them through their website. I had reached out, and they emailed that it had been returned to a local warehouse and that redelivery would be attempted “as soon as possible.” Weeks later, the tracking still showed the package sitting in the warehouse with no updates. Despite repeatedly confirming my address and requesting the warehouse address or pickup information, I only received generic scripted responses. I requested a refund, and UpAiry stated it would be processed within 2 business days, but the refund has still not been received and it’s over 10 days later at this point. I am also concerned by the company’s misleading advertising practices, including a constant “limited-time sale” countdown timer on their website that never actually ends and appears to continuously reset.
