I also saw the advertisement on Instagram. I ordered 2 items- both of which we were wrong. One was wrong in color, the second item was not even what i ordered. I went back and forth with them via email and they offer no returns- only a 8.00 credit- initially- This is what they sent me: We have confirmed that it was the quality inspector at the warehouse who sent the wrong goods. He is a new employee and failed to understand the relevant code, which led to this error. I'm very sorry, but you received the wrong product. We apologize to you. We will also have the warehouse staff bear this expense. We would like to compensate you with 5.99 US dollars. Can you accept it?
