I went to this website https://mysupportanimal.org, because I was looking to get a ESA Letter, the website then made me do a questionnaire to "evaluate" me for An ESA letter, after doing the questionnaire I was told to pay to and was told to wait 48 to 72hrs, Its been 1 week already and I still have not received my letter, I then reached out via this email [email protected], twice and I have not gotten any response.
