Description
I was charged for intermittent urinary catheters on 4/10/25, 5/10/25, 6/10/25, and 10/10/25. Each charge was for $2,250.00. The doctor that ordered them is unknown to me. I do not need or did I request the catheters. I noticed on my Medicare statement of these fraudulent charges. Medicare paid $1,764.00 for each of the catheters. Where do I go from here to report this fraudulelnt activity?
