Description
I tried purchasing some bunk beds from a site that said they were IKEA. After I ordered them I got a message from a “Becky” [email protected] where she had told me my order had been placed and then it would be ordered within 10 to 15 business days. Ordered it on the 8th of March and still never received it. Went back and forth with them and they would give me a tracking number to watch my package and for the longest it never left for weeks at a time. She kept telling me not to worry and that it would be coming shortly to my door step. I kept emailing asking where it was and when the tracking told them it was delivered she said there was nothing they could do because it said on there end that it had been delivered and told me that if I didn’t see it, to contact my neighbors and the postal service. I emailed her back saying I have no neighbors and the postal service would have never delivered it anyway because the product was too big to go through them. Asked her who I needed to talk to get a refund and shortly after, the email we used back and forth is no longer an email anymore and now my message comes back to me saying it isn’t a valid email ??
