Social media ad- flex wrap, a product to support your knees- FLEXWRAP Company- charged $9.99 for product, one set of knee supports, free shipping Bank was charged $9.99 with recurring charges noted Bank account was charged additional $149.99 recurring charges for a MEMBERSHIP that was never mentioned in the ad or signed up for. Notified bank immediately to dispute , said would have to wait til charges were processed ( they were pending when I discovered the charges). I notified the flexwrap company several times, was told it was cancelled and I would receive a refund and no further charges..the money would be returned to account charged, so I cant cancel my bank account until I see if that actually gets refunded - was told 5-7 days so by the 25th. After the last response from the company, I attempted to email "Gretchen" who was the supposed sender, to follow up - that email was returned today (3/23) as non deliverable, invalid address, and now the company cannot be located online- the FLEXWRAP comes up as available domain
