Description
Received a Medicare Summary Notice showing Flexcare Medical Solutions billing for a medical device "ordered" by a legit Dr. in our area, but not our doctor. They billed Medicare for this device for Aug 20, Sep 22, Oct 22, Nov 24, and Dec 24 of 2025. The summary shows Medicare approved and paid for all but the Oct, paying out $9,720.00, and indicated the “Maximum You May Be Billed” as $1,944.00. I called the “How to Report Fraud” number, and was eventually connected to Medicare Tier 2, Fraud Dept. They took all my information and said it will be turned over to a fraud investigator who may contact me.
