Description
This scam targets people through social media ads. Trycure claims to offer a “thyroid support formula” with a 90-day money back guarantee. When the product arrived it looked very sketchy - the box not matching the website pictures at all. Making matters worse, a number of words on the box were misspelled - (something common with Chinese scams). I attempted to return the completely unopened items and they refused to allow it. Their return policy is deceptive. It says they offer a 90-day money back guarantee - EVEN IF YOU CONSUME the product. Below that it says returns are possible as long as they are unopened and in the original packaging. And then below that they say, no supplements or consumable products are returnable. Their email to me stated… “I've taken a look at the order details you provided. While our 90-day policy does apply to certain items, if you look closely at the section directly following the one you screenshotted, you'll see the specific guidelines regarding consumable products (like our Thyroid drops). Because these are high-potency, organic health supplements designed for internal use, for safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on consumable items once they have been delivered.” Save your money.
