Description

I ordered a Pulsetto device from their website on February 28. An automatic free 14-day trial of a subscription for Prime software version was attached to my order. On March 3rd the device was shipped according to the company's website. On March 5th, I found notifications on reddit, that the company engages in deceptive business practices and decided to cancel the free 14-day trial, as I found complaints that delivery of product can be well past the 14 day trial period, and the company then charges for the free subscription, which starts on the day the product is ordered, not on the day of delivery of product. The cancellation process was ineffective for many people and the offer is being now labeled as a scam in a summary looking as it was produced by an AI. I found that the 'Cancel Subscription' link led to a pop up window that only allowed cancellation of the cancellation and not an actual cancellation. On Friday, March 6 at 10:55am, I sent an email to info@pulsetto to cancelled the Prime subscription. After reviewing more information online, i sent another email to [email protected], at 11:17, this time cancelling my Prime, subscription and the order of the device, adding that I wanted the shipping order to be stopped and reversed. I received an automated reply at 11:17, that included reference to a holiday rush and a promise to handle the issue within 3 days. As there was no holiday rush in March, I sent another email at 11:20, with notice of filing a complaint with BBB, and contacting my credit card company. I received an email response from Luca (Pulsetto) [email protected] at 2:02pm, directing me to cancel the subscription in my account page with Pulsetto and informing me that they could not reverse shipping and that I would need to follow their return policy after I received the device. I sent an email at 2:12 pointing out my efforts to cancel subscription have failed to work, and asking for their shipper. I found reference tracking number for their shipper - DHL - and found that it offers a redirect service allowing return of package in transit to sender, but only with sender's authorization. I sent an email to [email protected], at 2;42pm pointing out that redirect service was available with DHL and that I wanted to package in transit to be returned to sender. At this point I had no confidence that a return of even an unopened product would be treated honestly by the company, I returned to the website and found that I could now cancel the subscription with an active link and took screenshots of the subscription being labeled as cancelled. I am waiting to hear from Pulsetto if my the product will be redirected back to the sender and my order cancelled as of March 6th, 2026 4:05pm. I am no longer interested in any association with a company engaging in deceptive business practices regardless of how well their product performs. The time lost and emotional upset created in my interaction with Pulsetto, contradicts the purpose for my initial desire to purchase the product. In the course of my investigation online, I found that any query including the keywords 'pulsetto' and 'scam' is automatically redirected to points of content controlled by Pulsetto. Eventually I found the needed information by clicking on links further down the list on trustpilot.com
