I ordered the Magic Pro2.0 because it claimed it would help with neck pain, improve sleep, and many other claims. I was excited to try it. The website said there was a 90 day money back guarantee from the date the product was received. After two weeks, I emailed the company requesting to return the item, and receive a full refund. The initial email was sent to Vitality on February 2, 2026. First they offered to give me a small refund, and allow me to keep the item. I told them I wanted to return the item, and receive a full refund. Then, they offered to let me keep the item and they would send me a free red light therapy device for free. Again, I declined and asked for a full refund. Then, they stated that I could keep the item and receive a full refund if I would record a short video, at least 20 seconds, with a "positive" review of the product. I told them that I could not, in good faith, endorse a product that did not help me, and again, I asked for a full refund. This has been going on for over three weeks, and I am very frustrated! For two weeks, they have been saying that they initiated the return, and they were waiting on their logistics team to create a return label. Today, when I inquired again, they offered me a 50% refund and they would let me keep the item. I just want a full refund, and they are giving me the run around!
