I commented on a post from Slide Jewels verified Instagram account where they have over 500,000 followers to be a part of their ambassador program and they reached out to me via email ([email protected]) to be a part of the ambassador program and they allowed you to pick your subscription and mine was the honey box for recurring $13.99 a month for two pieces of jewelry and a free gift. I received my two pieces of jewelry, but never the free gift I went to manage my subscription on slide jewels.com and saw that there was no way to manage it, there was no cancel no modify no skip no pause. It just showed which box I had and what came with it and that was it. I sent over a dozen emails and Instagram DM‘s combined asking how to manage my subscription and the company completely ghosted me. I even left comments under their recent post and created a fake account to ask them a general question and once they would respond asking what my question was and I asked about the subscription they would ghost me and it was just a major red flag that they knew they were doing something they’re not supposed to luckily I used the shop pay app so I was able to take my card information off of there so that way since I couldn’t cancel or pause my membership, they weren’t able to continue to keep charging me. This company constantly kept in touch with me until it came down to modifying my subscription. I cannot vouch for purchasing a one time product from the website, but I’m speaking from experience that their ambassador program and their subscription service is not worth the headache. I posted about my experience on my TikTok and I received dozens upon dozens of others experiencing the same issue or worse, paying for their subscription and not receiving anything at all.
