Description
Sarah and Oliver represents as a cute New York boutique online (Instagram)- I ordered 2 sweaters and a sweatshirt- which all came as cheap polyester knock-offs that barely resembled the items shown. Clearly a fraudulent company scamming customers. When I tried to return the items as their "return policy" stated, they said I had to bear the shipping cost to CHINA ($49) - I requested a stateside address or pre-paid shipping label- they did not provide either. I am now in process of chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
