They said they sent my product out.But there was no shipping updates.. And because of that i decided to order the same product from another website. It's a cat toy, my cat had no interest in. When the original product finally was delivered, i did not open it and I emailed the company immediately, and told them I would like to return it. Their website states that if the product is unopened, you can return it and get your refund guarantee. I've emailed them several times and they will not respond to me to let me return it. I also want to mention that the photos on the boxes of the products ..Because I got two of them, show a photo of a completely different toy that's inside the box. A very different toy than what is shown on the website, what I thought I was paying for. A toy that looks lesser quality than what's shown on the website.
