Facebook marketplaceRising problems with odometer fraud is getting crazy. I recently found a car on facebook marketplace for a minivan that claimed to have mid level mileage and I liked the car for what it was worth but when i went to check the carfax It had the odometer tampered with. The post claims to be 150k and the car was at 157k (which is reasonable I suppose) but the carfax said it was closer to 227k a month prior with several previous consistent nudges to the 227k. This isn't the first car I have discovered infact its been every car i've looked into has odometer fraud for minivans. Some not in irving. This is first one that was in a public business and not some random facebook user. I have not confronted the business because it would get them to delete their tracks.
