Description
Percheron LLC , phone no. 803-397-1208, called me twice in January 2026. I did not answer the calls. I then received a Fed Ex envelope, containing an offer for $10,000 in exchange for transferring ownership of mineral rights in February 9, 2026. They falsely had documents to show I had ownership of land from my mother and stepfather. There are multiple errors in the documents to prove it is a scam. My 3 sisters and 1 brother also received the same calls and documents in January and February 2026. The agent's name is Quasia "Q" Jones.
