No phone number listed on website, on Instagram Ad where I found their shop I thought I saw them say Canada, but packaging arrived from China- who knows. They had an ad on Instagram, where I've purchased from other retailers before with little to no issues, so I trusted social media- first mistake. Saw a jacket and a pair of sweatpants that I loved and added to cart. Sweatpants were shown as a cotton material, thick, with a drawstring and frayed end and red/white stripes down the side of its camouflage print. Sweatpants came with no drawstring, no stripes, and in the most hilarious, thin, polyester cheap material/print I've ever seen- my friends told me to immediately get a refund. The jacket, however, was great, and exactly as pictured- it feels as if some of these products are real, and others are just dropship/counterfeit quality, not sure at all what is going on here. When I reached out for a refund, which their website says is accepted within 20 days of delivery, they refused to give me shipping information for them or contact details and simply asked if I be "kind" and keep it, or gift it away, and they'd give me 10% back- which would be $4 of the $40 I paid for dollar store sweatpants. This is after telling me I will have to pay costly fees to get it shipped back to them as well. I have come to a solution with my bank, and simply want to warn others of a website that really looks like you're supporting a small shop, but something fishy is going on here, and they seem to want to avoid all accountability with no phone number/business address/ telling you to reach out to some sketchy email for anything.
