My wife received a package that was not expected from Honeas Orxtty. It had 10 pieces of felt in it. She did not order this. Not sure why it was sent to us as we have no need for this product. Their was not invoice or receipt in the package. Only other thing in the package was a small slip of paper that had and email address of [email protected]. I reached out to this email and asked for a full refund and to send an RMA so we could return the product. They said they would credit our card for $2 and that was all they offered. I then went back to them and told them that was not acceptable that we did not order this product and they should take it back. They said they would offer a $4 credit. Again I told them I want a full refund and to send the RMA. They went dark after that. Seems highly suspicious. Not sure how they got ahold of my wifes info. No phone number, no company name on the slip of paper. Not a reputuable seller.
