Purchased a dress from Caliboot. When the item arrived it was not the same as advertised on the website. Color and fabric were very different and quality way below images and price. Belt did not match the color of dress. Fabric was thin and see through, poorly constructed. Requested to return via email as website advised and they wanted me to send images of the item and of the original packaging, which I did. I then received an email that offered if I paid $20 more they would send me a different size (size was not what I indicted the return was for). I then asked again for the return and I was offered a refund of 30% to keep the dress, which made it a poor quality ~$50 dress. When I refused that offer I finally received an email stating that I had to send the item back to China at my own expense and was provided a form to fill out and an address in China to send it to, although the website says the business is located in Morocco with a different address. Tried to call the phone number on the website and it says that Caliboot does not have phone support. Address I was given was SHEN ZHEN KUAIKUA TECHNOLOGY Co. Mr. Li, Science and technology building, Baoan District, Room 101, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China 5180000. Phone: +86 17886003115. Every review I have come across as given a different phone number and variation of address. They are scamming people by saying they accept returns, but when you have to email to get return instructions they inform you about shipping back to China, which they know no one will do and then give fake addresses to mail it to.
