Description
I purchased two items from Oak and Cedars. Only one arrived and it was very poor quality. I contacted them and they agreed to refund the one item that didn't arrive but would not let me return the other. They refunded the one item but then charged $29.99 under the name of Aspen and Oaks. When I called the number on the credit card transaction, I was told it was for a VIP membership. I didn't authorize that. They said they would cancel the membership but would not refund the $29.99. I reported it to my credit card.
