Description

The website and its marketing tells you that you can get a free QR code generated to link to your website. After I created my code and submitted it to be used to printed posters, I started getting emails that this QR code was expiring unless I paid. This is their pricing: https://qrcodecreator.com/dashboard/pricing The cheapest is $11.1 per month, but they only allow annual purchases which = $133.20. Because I already had it printed, I had no choice but to pay. I tried to contact customer support, I got an autoreply: Hello, Your email has landed in our spam folder, and we may not be able to respond properly. To ensure we can assist you quickly, please create a support ticket using the link below: https://help.qrcodecreator.com/en/ Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, QR Code Creator | Support Team If you go to that website, you won't find a way to create a ticket. Their chatbot will just keep giving you the run around. Nothing gets resolved. On their invoice/receipt they have their address as: 407 Cubes 1, Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland
