I ordered a product from Tryherplus from an Instagram ad. At check out I never saw anything about any subscription but apparently I was automatically enrolled in a subscription, which charged less than a month after my original order. I never received the original order although I did receive tracking information that I am assuming is fake. It’s been set to out for delivery for days and I wasn’t able to find a matching carrier with the tracking number given. I reached out about the second charge and was notified about the subscription. I asked that they cancel the subscription, refund the amount I was charged and delete my payment information. They originally responded saying they couldn’t refund the whole amount but would provide a 40% refund and to look out for the original order because it should be arriving soon. I responded back and said I wanted to make sure that they would cancel the subscription and the payment information and issue the refund. They responded and said they had made sure the subscription was canceled but because the order was still in processing they couldn’t issue the refund at this time but I should email them back once I receive it and they will give me the 20% refund then. Not the same % refund they originally said and I am sure I won’t be seeing any product arriving at my door like they and their fake tracking # say. BE AWARE! This company is predatory and should be investigated.
