This practice leaves customers with no product and no refund, even when delivery is clearly incorrect. Lampboy’s policies effectively shift all risk to the customer while using low-cost overseas shipping that provides limited accountability. The website does not clearly disclose that items are being drop-shipped from overseas suppliers. They rely on Cainiao Logistics, which provides limited delivery verification and customer support. They refuse refunds or replacements even when delivery is made to the wrong address. Their policies appear designed to avoid responsibility for lost or misdelivered packages.
