Description
Order #3346 This was originally a $225 order. And $129 ($110 worth of product and $19 in fees did not get fulfilled. For which I asked for a refund) I ordered pre-order items from this website (which takes months to get. So I am outside of the paypal chargeback filing window as well as with my credit card company). Checked it later and found that these items were out of stock although I had not received it. I inquired about the tracking number (since I could not track the shipments). They said they would refund my account it 2-5 business days and that never happened. When I pushed back with the refund information, they insisted that they processed the refund but would not disclose any credible information. They kept saying they had issued the refund when they have not. When I pushed back for some sort of confirmation about the refund getting sent, they told me to talk to paypal. Paypal said that with the information koonbooks had provided, there was no refund created and that it was still on koonbooks to process the refund. So it's unfortunate that they lied to me over and over again. They then blocked me on their social media when I tried reaching out to them there. V unprofessional.
