Description

Placed an order through card emblems. I paid extra for expedited shipping, hoping to get the order by Christmas. The order never arrived. After the holidays I reached out to their support and advised them of the situation. They assured me my order was being processed and that I could choose a free skin or a partial refund due to the delay. I did not wish my order to be delayed further, nor was I looking for free stuff so I accepted the partial refund. They agreeable provided the refund. I waited and waited and still did not receive my order. I reached out to their support again and was advised I had agreed to a partial refund so that cancelled my order. I have emails proving that is not what was agreed on or offered. I do not believe they ever intended to send anything and that it is a fraudulent transaction and website.
