I was on social media and came across an add for a clothing website called Marayen. The ad said shipped in 2 days, made in the USA, shipping from Texas but all of that was a lie. The tracking number came from China. The tracking said delivered and I never received it. I emailed them and they offered to reship it so I agreed. Same thing, said it was delivered and never received it. I told them I wanted my money back, they offered 50%, then 70%, then 90% but I demanded my money back and they said they refunded it. It never was refunded so I demanded my money back again and same thing. I've been fighting with them for over a month trying to get my money back and I will probably never see it. Now it's over the 60 days for me to dispute it with my bank. The charge doesn't even say Marayen it says HOTVANTA on my bank statement. This company is a scam and needs to be taken down. Do not buy anything from this website.
