Description
I purchased two quilted duffle bags as gifts. The website stated I would have a tracking number within 5 days. After two weeks, I sent an email asking why I had not received the tracking information. The reply was that every item ordered is made individually and this takes 7 to 10 days. I was asked to be patient as they were working on the order. After waiting another ten days I emailed and said my patience had run out and I was tired of their excuses. I advised I was contacting my credit card company to report this as a fraud. I doubt I will ever get this merchandise.
