Description
I placed my order on December 3, 2025. After several email attempts I kept getting the run around about where my items was. I was told it was lost in the mail, and that they were sending me the same item again. I did not receive the item until January 15, 2026. When the item arrived it was nothing as advertised or pictured on the website. When I reached out to the business about the item they told me they would give me 30% back of my payment, and no need to return the item. I told them I didn't want 30% back, I wanted a full refund. So then they came back to me via email that they would refund me 50% and I wouldn't need to return the item. I still said it was unacceptable. I wanted my full refund so I could try and purchase the item through another company. Then they told me I would have to return the item they sent and then they would refund my money. That they would be in contact with me about the address I needed to send it to. That was on January 19, 2026. It is now January 23, 2026 and I have still not received an email where I am supposed to send the item. I am very upset and disappointed. The item ordered was something I really was wanting and looking forward to receiving.
