Placed order December 19th, giving the holidays I can anticipate late deliveries, however it’s been an entire month since I placed that order nd not a single update or any movement or parcel tracker…also it’s coming from China which is fine but disguising yourself as a company in the U.S. is quite suspicious and shady in my opinion. Customer service also have been no help or purposely not being helpful. No number just an email. I contacted them Jan 8th about the whereabouts of my package. They said to please be patient nd ensure my order is being monitored. Two weeks later on the 19th i contacted them again, they said they are going to check on the status and i never heard back from them since.
