My husband received a letter in the mail from this company saying their home warranty was about to expire or has expired and wanting him to call to reinstate our home warranty. There was no return address just an 800 number to call. Listing in the letter or signature was a Vicky Mercer as the program director. Our home is over 40 years old and has not had a warranty since it was paid off.
