Description

Interland contracted our company to provide brokerage and carrier services for the transportation of approximately forty (40) loads. These services were performed in full, with all loads moved and delivered as agreed. All required documentation, including proofs of delivery and invoices, was submitted in accordance with the agreed terms. Despite full performance on our part, Interland has failed to remit payment for these services. It has now been approximately six (6) months since the completion of the loads, and the outstanding balance remains unpaid. Multiple good-faith attempts were made to resolve this matter through follow-ups and requests for payment; however, Interland has not provided payment, a valid dispute, or a clear resolution timeline. Interland’s continued non-payment for completed transportation services constitutes a breach of contract and has caused significant financial harm to our company. This report is submitted to formally document Interland’s failure to pay for services rendered and to seek appropriate resolution and recovery of the outstanding amounts owed.
