Well i kept getting ads pushing there coats on facebook so i ordered one it took like 2 weeks before it was even shipped and then it took like a month to get here but yet on there website they say they ship from the usa they do not they ship from china. So i emailed them before i ordered to make sure a 4lx would fit me i told them my size they said it would fit no problem perfectly so i ordered it a month goes buy i have emailed them a few times asking were my order is they take like a week to get back to you if at all most of the time i had the threaten to call my bank then they would respond so i get the cost and guess what its too big so big in fact that i could fit 2 of me in it so i email them they take a week to get back to me telling me they are going to ship me another coat free of charge and to keep the other one in case the new one dose not fit but you must send them back to get a full refund thats the wording says nothing about exchanges so i get the new 3lx and guess what too big again so i email them again and tell them what was going on a week later they say we will ship you another coad free of charge keep the other one in case the new one dose not fit the next day i get another email from them saying they want all the coats back before they will send me another one well if they didn’t steer me to a 4lx to begin with this all would not have happend so i dont want a refund i just want the correct size so i gave the other coats to the homeless now they are saying sorry you have to go without a coat but we cant give you another one well maybe dont tell people to keep the coats and then ask for them back it clearly talks about returning if you want a full refund but says nothing about exchanges at all and they even tried to outline the sentence lol im doing a charge back they are a scam
