Description
After my high school student took the SATs I was contacted by this company saying she indicated she wanted to receive the support materials they offered. They said they were free and I would not be charged unless I failed to return the flash drive after the school year is completed. I received the materials about a week later. I realized after speaking to my student that she never requested these. I was also charge 249.95 within days of speaking to the company. I called multiple times and eventually someone called me back. She said I could return the materials for a refund. I returned the materials unopened and have yet to receive a refund. Today the company attempted to take another 79.95 out of my account, which I stopped payment on. When you call the number you only get an answering machine and cannot get a human to call you back most of the time. I am still waiting for my refund despite returning the materials to the company. This is clearly a scam as my student had no idea what they were talking about and she never filled out paperwork indicating she wanted the materials, that was all a lie. They had her name, school and date of testing and she was not home at the time so I believed them.
