Description
I placed an order with SheCurve (shecurve.com) on January 6, 2025 for approximately $137 worth of undergarments. The website advertised "Free Shipping" with no indication of extended production or processing times. After 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any communication, I emailed customer support on January 17th. I received no response. I followed up again on January 20th requesting an update. Only after my second follow-up did I receive a response claiming my order was being "specially made" and would require an additional 10-15 business days to ship — despite ordering standard inventory items with no customization. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Upon researching the company, I found numerous complaints on their Instagram page from other customers reporting: (1) orders never arriving, (2) no tracking information provided, (3) no responses to refund requests, and (4) the company refusing to honor their stated refund policy. The pattern of behavior — collecting payment, providing no product or tracking, delaying with excuses, and ignoring refund requests — indicates this is a fraudulent operation. I have filed a chargeback with my bank and am reporting this to warn other consumers.
