Their terms & conditions say that the monthly shipping is $9.97 before tax & the item is free. I was charged $10.67 on November 27, small item received. On December 13, my bank detected fraud (not this website) so I had to cancel my card. I got a new one just before Christmas but didn't update AuraBloom with my new card number. They were able to charge my account again anyway on December 27, and again on January 12. You have to email them only because they don't have a phone number, and then they ignore your questions & just offer you "deals" to stay subscribed. I say "deals" with sarcasm because all of their offers are for higher monthly payments than what their terms state. So they can charge your card for whatever they want & then will refuse to refund you.
