Description
Received an email notification that a UPS shipment was arriving. I was not home so I had the package redirected to the local UPS store. When I picked up the package it was a small white approx. 6x6 inch plastic envelope that had already been torn open and inside was an empty ripped open Rip Van Wafel (Chocolate Brownie) 1.16 oz package. Looks like a brushing scam.
