I ordered a cover for smoked meat, November 2025. I received confirmation that it was shipped and a tracking #. The item never arrived and the last update for tracking was from the end of December. I contacted the support email and received several emails stating that the item was on the way, they do not control the shipping, no refunds will be issued since the item was reported shipped: January 14, 2026 We completely understand your eagerness to receive your order. But we can’t control the logistic speed. We are sorry that we can’t give you a specific time when the package will be delivered. But we insure that we will try our best to contact the carrier to expedite your order. Thank you for your patience.
