Description
A leather purse was advertised as "end of year" sale. It was advertised as handcrafted by an Italian father/daughter company and if not satisfied they would send free return shipping label and send a full refund. When the purse arrived it was fake leather with fabric handles. I requested a free return label and they refused. They said I could keep the purse and they'd refund me 20% which I declined. After numerous emails they said I could pay full return shipping and tarrifs and once they receive the purse they'd sent a refund in 7-10 days. The return address is in China! This is a fraudulent company start to finish. I contacted PayPal. I doubt I'll ever receive a refund. Buyer beware!
