Unsure where this charge on my bank account came from, but when talking to support services at runclad.com they said they will cancel the membership although it is still showing that it is active and they said they cannot give a refund, that I have so many days to use up the "credit" that was applied to "my account" when I told them I never signed up for any membership through them they said their account doesn't just create memberships on it's own and that I can use the credits that were applied to the account and nothing further was said..
