I purchase two items from this company on Black Friday claiming to give discounts on comfrt brand sweatshirts and sweatpants. I purchased one top and one bottom as a gift for Christmas. 32 days later after having to follow a a Track718 site, it said my order was delivered. It was not!! I contacted them many times via email over this time and about not getting my package and they agreed to send me another one. On January 5, 2026 they said they resent the order and this time the tracking information was to follow a Track 678 site. I’ve been watching it and it looked to be moving up until 4 days ago and it just stopped. I reached out to the again and they said the package is on the way and gave me the tracking information again. I’m so frustrated more for being taken advantage of more so than loosing the money. It was a Christmas gift and I’m way past that now. I’m just mad and disappointed in myself for all the time I’ve wasted on these people.
