Description

I ordered 2 sweaters for my husband on December 8, 2025. The order was confirmed and the tracking number supplied on December 17. Since that date, there has been no movement and I have found out that the package has not even been picked up by the carrier. I have requested the order be cancelled and a refund be initiated immediately. I also said that I would be disputing the charge and posting a review online and with the BBB. There is a suspicion that this outfit operates out of Hong Kong and I believe this to be true since it appears to have no presence in this country, no office, US website or address or telephone number. If there is any other information you have received about this company - an alternate name, address or telephone number I would be grateful if you could let me know.
